How to film
Set up the camera and film yourself talking about the Blue Zone. Would you prefer some guidance? Here are some points to help you get started:
- Introduce yourself and your dog 🤗
- What food did you give before Blue Zone and how did you and your dog feel about it?
- What was the moment everything changed?
- How did you feel when you first gave Blue Zone?
- What did the world look like after Blue Zone? How do you and your dog feel now?
The video doesn't have to be very long; a few minutes is often more than enough. Thank you very much in advance!
